A manual produced in isolation gets ignored the week after handover. Procedures get drafted alongside the technicians and supervisors who have to follow them, which is slower and survives.
Findings get closed, not logged
A corrective action register full of open items is worse than no register, because it documents the problem and proves nobody acted. The work is not finished until items are closed and the closure holds.
You keep the system
The point is a system your own team runs after we leave, not a retainer. Documentation, training and handover are part of the engagement rather than an upsell.
We say when it is not worth doing
Some certifications will not repay their cost, and some deadlines cannot be met properly. Saying so early is cheaper for you than finding out at the audit.
